Find below the extra payment you have to pay if you wish to buy any of below special plot.
10% extra of the total price of plots for Corner or Facing Park or on 80 feet wide road
15% extra of the total price of plots for 150 feet wide road
15% extra of the total price of plots for 80 feet wide road and corner, 80 feet wide road and facing park or Facing park and corner.
Investment at Central Park:
MoU has been signed in between Central Park and D.H.A. (Defense Housing Authority) and according to their official note, Central Park is soon going to merge in D.H.A. so hold your plots because their prices will soon increase. According to their official, D.H.A. audit team is in Central Park nowadays and as they complete the audit it will merge in D.H.A. Well if it goes as they assume than there are lot of chances that plots prices would go high and one could get benefit of it.
Otherwise if it don't go as they assume then there are no chances of any profit because there are not any houses, just twenty or twenty five. However person in office tell me the constructed house no. as 65. Still there are not much houses and it is far away from city that it is not going to develop early.
