APPROVAL /NOC FROM LDA(LAHORE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY)

Dream Gardens Lahore Housing Scheme Defence Road Lahore has been approved from LDA (Lahore Development Authority) Metropolitan Planning Wing Vide Its Approval/letter No. DMP/LDA533 Dated 26-02-2008. This Plan/Approval has now been resubmitted to LDA for Approval of minor changes lay out plan.

APPROVAL /NOC FROM ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION DEPARTMENT GOVERNMENT OF THE PUNJAB.

Last year the management of IZHAR-MONNOO Developers has applied to the Environmental Protection Agency EPA, Govt. of the Punjab, for Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) of Dream Gardens Lahore Housing Scheme.

After review of IEE reports, DOE reports and other relevant record, the environmental protection agency (EPA) accorded approval for the construction of Phase 1 Of the Dream Gardens Lahore Housing Scheme vide its Letter No.DD (EIA) EPA/F-16(IEE)/2011/73/08 Dated 10/02/2011.
