R.S.Developers stands for Raffique and Sarfraz Developers. These both names are of a father and elder son. Mr. Raffique's elder son is Mr. Sarfraz and he named his developers organization on it's name. Mr. Raffique is a person who started struggling in his life from early ages. By his continuous devotion and hard work he has achieved this success from zero. He started projects on very small scale like firstly he started with only one house but day by day people appreciate his work and he gradually started to increase the development. As an organization they did three projects earlier which are mentioned as below:
Butt Villas: This project is situated near V-Block, D.H.A (Defense Housing Authority) Phase-II Lahore. It was a small project which they complete in a year.
Butt Villas project was a first step towards our success. All analysis and its implementation was completed within one year. The project started in 1998 and successfully completed by our well known architects & engineers in 1999.
All amenities were provided on the modern living standards within attractive and low cost prices with high security management system.
Kitchen Cuisine Plaza: They constructed a small plaza after it which is named as Kitchen Cuisine Plaza. They have completed this project within half year
After completion of the housing project, the R.S Developers were offered for the development of commercial plaza which is namely as Kitchen Cuisine now. All analysis and its implementation was completed within half an year. The project started in 2000 and successfully completed by our well known architects & engineers in 2000. Kitchen Cuisine is situated at Main Boulevard D.H.A, Lahore Cantt.
New Butt Villas: As the time goes on, their project become bigger and bigger. This time they started the project in year 2000 and completed it within two years in 2002. This is located oppostie to Army Housing Scheme, Nishat Colony, Lahore Cantt.
After these three projects, they launched their first mega project with the name of Green City Lahore
After successful foundation of above mentioned projects, the R.S Developers moved towards a more constructive project namely as New Butt Villas. All analysis and its implementation was completed within two years. The project started in 2000 and successfully completed by our well known architects & engineers in 2002. New Butt Villas is situated opposite to Army Housing Scheme, Nishat Colony, Lahore Cantt.
Green City:
Green City, a dedicated housing scheme, for people who do not own a house. It will be the best value for their money and a secure investment to safeguard their future. It is a good place for living. People prefer to go there whether it was considered as little off the route but now as DHA enhanced itself and came in front of Green City, so it seems to much closer.
Beside this it has all the good points. Green City management planned it very well that they sell plots sequence wise. They sell plots only in those areas which are developed and thats how people like to live in it. If there are 250 houses there, then there would be more than 200 families living in them.
If someone wants to invest his money on plots or especially a builder who wants to construct a house to sell then it is a good place to invest.
