is a residential housing project by Sahir Associates (Pvt.) Ltd. They launch this housing scheme in 2005 when they were selling a 5 Marla double story house in nearly 16 to 17 lacs. Now within five years these prices are doubled but still it is believe to be one of the cheapest housing in such standard.

 

Location:

 

It is on Defense Road. If you are moving from Thokar Niaz Baig to Raiwind Road, then take a left turn from Bhoptian Chowk. Khayaban-e-Amin is at back side of Lake City (which is on Raiwind Road). At one side it has Fazaia housing society and Eden Abad. At front it has two phases of DHA Rahbar at left and right. It has a entry from Defense Road or you can also come from Valancia housing society. People living in Khayaban-e-Amin mostly use Valancia housing society passage for ease.

 

Land:

 

Khayaban-e-Amin is said to be on 13000 Kanal of land. Though they have developed only a little part of housing society where people are living. Rest of the housing society consist of plots. Now they have launched some more bunch of houses for next four to five blocks. There is only E-block of the housing society which is totally functional. Except that there is some commercial out there which only have property dealers sitting over there and their new model houses for further house booking.

Payment Mode:

 

You have three packages of paying through installment. One is to pay 20% advance and get possesion in one and half year by paying rest of the amount in this time. Secondly give 15% advance and complete rest of the payments whether in 3 years of 4 years and get possesion as you give all the payment.
